Both plans renew automatically every month. There is no minimum term. Open a prepared cancellation email from the address associated with your account, or write to contact@closematic.io or contact Closematic support.
Access continues through the end of the monthly period already paid for. Keep a copy of the cancellation request and your billing confirmation.

Tell us what happened.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Email contact@closematic.io with the account email, charge date and reason for your request. Do not send card numbers or passwords by email.
