CONTACT QUESTIONS
Before you write.
Can I buy a plan today?
Yes. The New Google is US$97 per month and The New Google & AIs is US$247 per month, billed at purchase and renewed automatically each month until canceled. Review the plans on the pricing page, and the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Subscriptions & Refunds, before proceeding to the secure Square checkout.
Can I ask about cancellation?
Yes. The monthly plan has no minimum term, and you can request cancellation at any time by email or through support: open the prepared cancellation email from the address associated with your account, or write to contact@closematic.io. After cancellation, access remains through the end of the period already paid for. Refund requests can be sent to the same address or support and are reviewed case by case.
Who sets up my business?
You do a simple self-setup: add your business information and connect your Google Business Profile during onboarding. Then our system and team take on the ongoing work every month. Team setup is available on request if you prefer help getting started. Neither plan has a setup fee, and there is no minimum term.
Does Lily answer my customers?
No. Lily is your Closematic AI assistant on WhatsApp. She assists the business owner and helps you stay connected to your work in the system; she does not automatically reply to customers. Customer conversations remain part of your business workflow.
Is a custom domain included?
A website is included: a bonus one-page website on The New Google, or a local website on The New Google & AIs. A custom domain is separate and is charged separately. Confirm its cost and setup before purchasing, and use the form or email contact@closematic.io with any question about plan scope or setup.
