Closematic AI LLC, based in Acworth, Georgia, United States, operates closematic.io. This notice covers visits and inquiries on this marketing website. The Closematic AI product and Square checkout involve additional information and terms; this website notice does not replace notices shown in those services. Information collected
If you use an inquiry form, we receive your name, phone number, city, business name, email address, question, and acknowledgment that you have read this notice. On the general Contact form, we also receive the topic you select. Your name, phone number and city are kept with your inquiry so our team can respond. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to marketing calls or messages. A service page also identifies the service from which the inquiry came. If you email us, we receive the message and address you use. To limit abusive submissions, our server uses the request IP address for a rate limit. Our web host may keep access and security logs.
After an inquiry is accepted, this browser tab keeps the business name and inquiry category until the follow-up page reads and removes them or the browser session ends. A session marker limits repeated inquiry popups. Card details are entered on Square’s hosted checkout, not in this website’s inquiry form. Do not put passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive customer information in an inquiry.
How we use and share information
We use inquiries to respond and route questions, technical information to deliver and protect the site, and browser storage for the page functions described above. HospedaInfo hosts this website. The inquiry endpoint runs on the Closematic AI application hosted by Vercel. Resend carries accepted inquiries to our contact inbox, and Upstash applies the abuse limit. Supabase stores inquiries and delivery records. HighLevel stores contact details and inquiry notes so our team can respond and keep your questions together. The chat on this website is HighLevel's LeadConnector chat widget. It loads after you scroll, click or tap a page, and it is not controlled by the analytics or advertising choices. Messages you send in the chat, and the name and phone number you enter in the chat form, are stored in HighLevel so our team can see and reply to them, including any other details you choose to type in your messages. An AI assistant answers chat messages on our behalf, and our team can read the conversations and may reply. When the chat loads, HighLevel creates a session record that it uses for attribution. The widget keeps the chat session, chat history and text you type in your browser's local storage, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit spam. These providers process information for those functions.
Google Analytics measures visits only after the visitor accepts analytics in the site's privacy controls. The Meta Pixel measures visits and site interactions, such as contact clicks, for advertising only after the visitor accepts advertising. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling, only after the visitor accepts analytics. We will update this notice and the Cookie Policy before enabling a new provider or purpose.
Square processes payment and subscription information on its hosted checkout. Closematic receives purchase, subscription, and customer details to create and support your product account, provide access, and administer billing. See Square’s Privacy Notice for information about its checkout.
Retention, choices, and requests
We use inquiries and technical records to answer requests, operate and protect the site, and meet applicable obligations. Retention varies by provider and record type; we do not claim a single fixed period for all records. To ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or other applicable choices, email contact@closematic.io. We may need to verify the request. Rights vary by location. If EU or UK data protection law applies to a particular use, additional rights and a supervisory complaint route may apply.
Changes to this notice
We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date. Material new uses of optional browser technologies will require updated information and a fresh choice where applicable.
